Here is the latest patch notes for the recent update!

Version 1.13.24987 (All Platforms)

• Increased the likelihood of Kidnapping crimes occurring slightly
• Fixed killing Razor not triggering mission failure
• Fixed injured NPCs sometimes remaining standing
• Fixed races inadvertently becoming easier
• Fixed street fighters not attacking each other
• Fixed Armored Truck heists spawning too close together
• Partially fixed visual issues with Twin Lightbar flares (further changes pending)
