A small hotfix v1.23a just went live:

Picking up fish will no longer show a journal popup every time, even if you have already unlocked the entry.
Quest readables can now be stashed again.
"Sell all garbage" no longer throws an error if you have stolen items on you.
\ Fixed large FPS drops in cutscenes in the ending areas.
