Completion in The Old Country is split awkwardly. Base game collectibles are scattered across fourteen chapters, several trophies want a specific set finished rather than a total count, and the Man of Honor DLC adds three large sweeps of its own. That is thirty one separate guides on our channel, which is fine when you know what you are looking for and useless when you do not.
This is the whole thing on one page.
The order to do it in
- Chapter collectibles as you play. Most are missable in the sense that going back costs a replay, so pick them up on the way through.
- The named collectible sets once the map is open.
- The Man of Honor DLC last, as its own block. Nothing in it depends on the base game sweeps.
Base game: chapter by chapter
Collectibles run from the Prologue through Chapter 14. Every chapter has its own route guide, and the chapters are the part people miss, because the game does not tell you a chapter is about to close behind you.
| Segment | Covered |
|---|---|
| Prologue | Yes |
| Chapters 1 to 14 | Yes, one route per chapter |
Work through them in order. A chapter route takes a few minutes and saves a full replay.
The named collectible sets
These are the sets the trophies actually ask for:
- Trinacria
- Newspapers
- Charms
- Saint Cards
- Photographs
- Mystery Fox
Saint Cards, Photographs and the Mystery Fox each pop a trophy the moment the set completes, so treat those three as the priority if you are hunting the platinum rather than the completion percentage.
Trophies with their own routes
Some trophies want a specific thing done rather than a set collected:
- Read All About It
- Salvatore's Apprentice
- Garden Rendezvous
- Man of Honor
- Silent Hunter
Each has its own guide, since none of them fall out of a collectible sweep.
Man of Honor DLC
The DLC is the biggest single block of work in the game, and the counts are exact:
| Sweep | Count | Trophy |
|---|---|---|
| Wanted Posters | 43 | The Usual Suspects |
| Sulfur Trucks | 15 | A Working Man |
| Stunt Jumps | 10 | (no dedicated trophy) |
Forty three wanted posters is the long one. Budget it as a session of its own rather than trying to fold it into a story run.
The two things almost everyone walks past
Both of these are in the DLC and neither is signposted:
A missable secret cutscene after the dynamite mission. It plays only if you go back, and the mission ending pushes you forward. Once you have moved on it is gone for that save.
A thief's safe in the cellar, which needs a combination. The combination is findable in the world, and the safe is easy to write off as scenery.
A note on our own coverage
Two of our Man of Honor guides went up on 18 August 2026 and the wanted poster and stunt jump sweeps on 20 August. They cover the DLC as it shipped. If a patch moves a collectible we say so on this page rather than leaving the old count standing.
